Shipping & Exchanges

SHIPPING:

Shipping times are still being affected by impacts from COVID-19. We continue to work with our partners to ensure timely delivery of each and every order.

Please refer to individual product pages for estimated shipping times. Keep in mind that those hard working delivery drivers are people too, doing the best they can. 

We make each individual item as it is ordered. Items requiring personalization will take longer to make. This generally takes 2 - 7 days, longer for complex orders.

The shipping process begins once the item is made. Delivery within North America is generally running on time with estimates. Delivery times outside North America vary by location, and may be impacted more by global circumstances. As a result it may take up 6 - 8 weeks for your items to arrive to addresses outside North America.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

We continue to work with our partners to reduce shipping times. Kindest Gifts ships our products via the method recommended by the manufacturer, which may change based on availability or to offer faster service to our customers.

EXCHANGES:

If an item you received is damaged or defective, or if you would like to place a warranty claim, please email us at support@kindest-gifts.com. Please submit a photo of the item that clearly shows the issue, and let us know what's wrong in a short message. We'll review the information, and get back you quickly with instructions and next steps. If applicable, a replacement item out to you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to return the defective or damaged item to us within 30 days of receipt. Items returned with signs of wear or use will not be eligible for exchange. 

For exchanges, we will do our best to select a shipping method that is convenient for you, and will meet our requirements for the size, weight and security of the item(s) being returned. Wherever possible, please return items to us with the packaging they arrived in. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final.
