How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Many of the items we sell are custom made to order, and most are assembled by hand. Once you place an order, someone begins working on it. Depending on the items, it may take up to 7 business days to make your item from start to finish. During very busy times it may take a bit longer. 

When you reach the checkout page, your shipping option will give you approximate dates that your package will arrive.
When will I receive a tracking code for my order?
Tracking codes are sent out once the item(s) you've ordered have been shipped out. It may take up to 7 days to receive your tracking code(s), possibly longer if there are shipping delays due to covid-19 or other factors. Depending on the items you order, you may receive more than one email with tracking codes.
I missed the order deadline. Will my order still get here in time?
It might. We just can't guarantee it. We set our holiday order deadlines well in advance of other stores, because we want to give you the best chance to receive your package in time for the special day. We suggest placing your order early so you can rest easy, knowing that you can check one more thing off your list.
I missed the sale. Can you give me the sale price anyway?
Our countdown timers are real. Once the timer reaches zero, the specified sale or special offer ends, and we will not grant any extensions. We do this as part of our commitment to providing an enjoyable shopping experience that you can trust.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only shipping to Canada & USA. Sign up for our mailing list and we'll let you know when we're shipping to new locations!

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
How does the happiness guarantee work?
Every item we sell comes with a FREE 2 year warranty. Keep in mind that each item is made to order, so there may be slight variations in how the final product comes out. We do our very best to make sure you're happy with the final result!
What are you doing to keep employees and customers safe during COVID-19?
At Kindest Gifts, we've made sure that our partners and suppliers have implemented rigorous safety measures for the people involved in the manufacture and delivery of our products. These measures include: Temperature checks and symptom screening Staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each work station Setting up partitions at tables in break rooms Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
What currency are prices listed in?
Our prices are set to US Dollars by default. We use a third-party app to automatically display prices in your local currency. To select a different currency, use the drop-down menu next to the flag. Final payment will be processed in US currency.   
How do discount codes work?
To use a discount code, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, click the link near the bottom called "Add a discount code or gift card" and enter your discount code.
Why do I need to provide my email address and phone number for expedited shipping?
Only certain items are eligible for expedited shipping. When expedited shipping is available, it is most often through DHL. In case of a missed delivery, they need this information so they can reschedule a delivery or pick-up.
