What are you doing to keep employees and customers safe?
At Kindest Gifts, we've made sure that our partners and suppliers have implemented rigorous safety measures for the people involved in the manufacture and delivery of our products. These measures include:
- Temperature checks and symptom screening
- Staggering shifts and maintaining a 6-foot distance between each work station
- Setting up partitions at tables in break rooms
- Distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves to all employees
How does COVID-19 affect shipping?
COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on the manufacture, fulfillment and shipping of goods. Some items are simply out of stock for the foreseeable future. Employee illness and safety measures such as physical distancing have led to major changes in how work is being done. The closure of malls and shops has led to a massive surge in online shopping. This means more packages than ever are being delivered, yet shipping companies are facing the same challenges around COVID-19 as other industries. This has led to significant increases in shipping rates and shipping times.
What currency are prices listed in?
Our prices are set to US Dollars by default. We use a third-party app to automatically display prices in your local currency. To select a different currency, use the drop-down menu at the top of any page. Final payment will be processed in US currency.
How does the free shipping on orders over $75.00 work?
Simply add items to your cart until the total is over $75.00 Dollars, and free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. You may choose to select expedited shipping for certain items or combinations of items, at an additional expense.
How do discount codes work?
To use a discount code, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, click the link near the bottom called "Add a discount code or gift card" and enter your discount code.
How long does it take for my order to be sent out?
Most of the items we sell are custom made to order, and most are assembled by hand. Once you place an order, someone begins working on it. Depending on the items, it may take up to 7 business days to make your item from start to finish. During very busy times it may take a bit longer.
How come I haven't received a tracking code for my order?
Tracking codes are sent out once the item(s) you've ordered have been shipped out. It may take up to 7 days to receive your tracking code(s), possibly longer if there are shipping delays due to covid-19 or other factors. Depending on the items you order, you may receive more than one email with tracking codes.
How long does shipping take?

- Due to COVID-19, shipping is taking longer than usual. Current shipping time estimates for most items are as follows. We do our best to keep our product pages updated with the current shipping times for each item.
- International Shipping times estimates do not account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.
- Expedited shipping is not available on all items or combinations of items.
Will everything I order arrive at the same time?
For orders with multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Wherever possible, we will package items together in one shipment to minimize deliveries. Please use the tracking number(s) provided to monitor your delivery.
Why do I need to provide my email address and phone number for expedited shipping?
We want you to receive your package safely, not have it stolen by a porch pirate! Most of our expedited shipping is through DHL. In case of a missed delivery, they need this information so they can reschedule a delivery or pick-up.
Will the item I order look exactly like the picture?
Because each item is made to order, there may be slight variations in how the final product comes out. Many of the pictures on our site are mockups that may not look exactly like the finished product. We do our very best to make sure you're happy with the final result!
